RETURNS:
At Whistle & Flute, your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of receipt. To facilitate a smooth return process, kindly ensure that the item is unused, in its original condition, with tags, and in the original packaging.
Please be aware that sale items are eligible for shop credit returns only, and items discounted by more than 50% are considered final sale.

SHIPPING:
We strive to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of purchase. The shipping time indicated at checkout reflects the estimated delivery period once your order departs our facility.
During promotional events or product releases, please allow up to 10 business days for order processing due to increased demand.
For orders exceeding $100 (after discount and before applicable taxes) within Canada or the US, we offer complimentary non-tracked standard shipping. Alternatively, various shipping rates based on location and order value are applicable for other orders. Express and courier options are also available during checkout.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Shipping rates will be automatically calculated at checkout. Please be advised that customers are responsible for any sales tax or customs duties applied by their respective countries upon the shipment's entry.
International shipping durations may vary, with delivery times of up to 6-8 weeks depending on the destination. Please note that some countries may not provide ongoing tracking once the package departs Canada. If you encounter difficulties tracking your package after it leaves Canada, we recommend contacting your local postal carrier.
LOCAL PICK UP:
Regrettably, we currently do not offer local pick-up services.

Whistle & Flute clothes are made using organic fabrics and safe inks. Our kids all struggle with sensitive skin and we rest easy knowing their clothes are not going to irritate them. This is why all of our T-shirts also have screen printed tags to reduce sensitivity. All joggers and sweatshirts have easy to remove silk tags.

- Solid T-shirts and Sweatshirts 100% Organic Cotton
- Joggers content: 57% Organic Cotton, 38% Bamboo Rayon, 5% Spandex
CARE:
- Please wash on cold and tumble dry low.
- Please allow for 5% shrinkage in length as all garments made with organic cotton can shrink after washing.
- Outerwear & hats can be machine washed on cold and air dry.

1. Can I Edit/Cancel My Order After It’s Been Placed?
We kindly ask you to review your order carefully before checkout to ensure correct sizes, designs, and colors. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes or cancel orders once they have been placed.

No, we do not offer price adjustments. Sales and promotions are only valid during the designated sale/promo dates.
3. Do You Offer Local Pick Up?
We do not currently offer local pick-up at this time.

Yes, we offer free standard shipping for orders over $100 before tax and after discounts within Canada/US.
7. Do You Offer Free Returns/Exchanges?
While we do not offer exchanges, we accept returns on eligible items for a refund or store credit. Return shipping within Canada is offered at our discounted rate, and orders refunded as store credit receive a bonus $10 credit to help cover return costs.
